- Production hall 8,500 m2 (welding, painting, assembly workstations)
- Loading area 700 m2
- Office and meeting rooms 800 m2
- Automatic conveyor technology in logistics center
- Photovoltaic system 360 kwp (over 2,000 m2), thus zero-energy production building
- Carport with photovoltaic roof with electric filling station for employees' electric cars
- 50 new workplaces in the next three years
