Renovation check for private households 2013 - limited campaign in the framework of the renovation initiative

Thermal renovations in private housing is being promoted for buildings that are older than 20 years. The insulation of external walls and ceilings can be subsidised, the renewal of windows and external doors, as well as the conversion of heat production systems to renewable energy sources.

Only natural people can make submissions.

The 2013 campaign starts on 14/01/2013. Submission are possible up to 31/12/2013.

The subsidy is up to 20% of the promotional costs or a maximum of 5,000 EUR for thermal renovation and a maximum of 2,000 EUR for the conversion of the heat producing system. With the use of insulating materials from regrowing raw materials and/or with an environmental label or of wood windows, a supplement of 500 EUR can be claimed.

For applications by 30/06/2013 and implementation of all measures by 31/03/2014, the subsidy for thermal renovation incl. conversions of the heat production system increases by up to 30% or maximum 9,000 EUR of eligible costs, due to the economy bonus.
Please note that the subsidy application must be submitted before implementation of the thermal renovation.
