Over 250 guests accepted the invitation from Raiffeisenbank Hausruck on the topics of planning, building and living. More than 150 prospective customers were able to find out about the development and our innovative products during a company tour of ETA Heiztechnik. The manager of Raiffeisenbank Hausruck, Dr. Albert Baumgartner and Dir. Alois Möseneder presented brief thought-provoking inspirations on building & living. Form the search for a suitable building site or dream property, to customised financing or utilisation of all subsidy options through to the insurance of acquired assets, Hausruck Raiffeisen is your competent and reliable partner. The main attraction of the event was building expert Günther Nussbaum-Sekora, well-known to many from the ATV documentary series "Pfusch am Bau" (botched construction). He looks at things that landlords don't see and company bosses would like not to see. When Günther Nussbaum-Sekora enters a building site, in many cases it is already too late, as his job is to find the faults of the construction companies and to assist the principal in checking the site. "The building work was carried out poorly, the walls are mouldy, the windows are not sealed and the whole house is uninhabitable", he describes the nightmare that is the reality of many dream homes. He shows how it can be prevented in an entertaining way, what needs to be planned, built and renovated and how a botch can be prevented.
