ETA canteen receives the "Healthy kitchen" award

More and more people take their meals in or with the aid of catering facilities. Which is why caterers and restaurants are particularly being encouraged to provide meals that promote health and well-being.

ETA canteen receives the "Healthy kitchen" award

"Healthy kitchen" companies offer varied, balanced foods adapted to individual requirements, which are tasty and still have a touch of home cooking. Dishes with a purposeful composition and preparation allow children, young people and adults to make an active contribution to a conscious lifestyle. Healthy eating behaviour is therefore especially sustainably encouraged for young people.
The aim is to offer food that tastes good, does good and keeps them healthy.

The "Healthy kitchen" award is a trademark for good taste, regional and seasonal cooking as well as nutritional quality, and it considers the following principles:
• Food variety with daily offering of fruit and vegetables
• Targeted use of whole grain products
• Sparing use of sugar and fat

ETA Heiztechnik's canteen also takes part in the "healthy kitchen" project and has received an award from LH Dr. Josef Pühringer with a certificate of the same name.
